| Julie Kirrage became part of our team in 2005, bringing with her a wealth of sales experience and knowledge on outsourcing marketing activity. Prior to her appointment at Need More Sales, Julie was a very successful Key Account Manager. Julie will create, oversee and deliver the telemarketing elements of the campaign. She prides herself on understanding the campaign and ensuring that her staff are fully skilled so the campaign starts successfully. Julie continually monitors every aspect of each campaign that she manages, to ensure her Account Manager follow the clients strategic objectives at all times. She also ensures that accurate reporting is provided to the client on all activity completed and deals with any questions as they arise. | Tenacious Rob is an Account Manager and career telemarketer, having entered the profession some ten years ago. He has sold both tangibles and intangibles. He is a specialist in relationship building and has a great sense of humour on the phone when talking to and warming up prospects. He also has a great relationship with all of his clients. Having started by selling Kirby Cleaners door to door Raychel progressed into telemarketing some 15 years ago and has experience in closing on the phone as well as telemarketing. From market research through lead generation to media sales, Raychel has done it – and succeeded! A specialist in marketing and campaign strategy and the father of the Need More Sales brand. A professionally qualified Personal and Business Growth coach, with over 25 years business experience in the corporate sector in IT, Insurance and Programme/Change Management. The downside is that he supports Tottenham Hotspur. | | | Keri | | Our financial wizard! New to our team but bringing a wealth of business management experience. With over 18 years accounts experience, she is also a seasoned HR and legal professional. Her particular strengths are motivating others, team working and being able to "think outside the box" in terms of global business development and progression. Outside of work she enjoys camping holidays and gardening. | | | Daniel | | | Is our Junior having had only a years experience in telemarketing before coming to us. He is a specialist in the IT sector. Daniel's success comes with his ability to quickly build rapport with a prospect and the confidence he exerts based on his research into the marketplace, target audience and unique selling points of the product. He has shown great tenacity with his campaigns, objection handles successfully and ensures that he qualifies the prospect to create a fruitful appointment/sale. | | | Lesley | | | Our sales and software trainer. She has been in the telemarketing/telesales business for over 10 years, and loves every minute of all the ups and downs. Lesley worked for Gillette and more latterly for Xerox where she was the Manager of the Call Centre unit, with 6 Supervisors with over 80 operators, ‘it was a good time in my career, and I was very lucky to be involved during an exciting time in that industry she tells us. She, along with my team of Supervisors were the instigators of the infamous 'Blitz' days, which got quite a reputation in the industry at that stage, which many companies have tried to replicate, but none succeeded with the same success - so she believes !! Lesley works for us on a part-time basis in training, strategic planning, daily management and campaign management. | | | Peter |
